She next argues that not only does the court have jurisdiction over her hostile environment claim, she is entitled to relief on that claim as well. Baker has already conceded that she was not sexually harassed within the first 180 days after she was employed by John Morrell. However, in the July 12, 2000, e-mail from Marshall DeMoss, the plant manager at the time, to Steve Eichmann, the plant manager at the time of Baker's discharge, DeMoss indicated that after Baker filed an internal sexual harassment complaint on July 6, 2000, he learned the following: (1) Baker suffered a panic attack outside the plant, on July 11, 2000, returned to the plant late the next day, and then left the plant early on July 12, 2000; (2) one of the male employees had been taking notes all morning while Baker was on leave and returned the notes to a plant administrator; and (3) there were handwritten notes on Baker's desk, which the plant administrator found offensive. The notes indicated that Baker left all of her paperwork on her desk and went to get a cup of coffee, after which she returned to her chair and started marking papers. When the plant manager asked what she was doing, Baker said she was \"fixing something up and calling for John Morrell.\" Id. at 178-79. As a result, John Morrell reportedly discharged Baker from employment, impeding her job prospects with John Morrell. Baker belatedly claims that John Morrell knew of the true reasons for her anxiety as of July 6, 2000, and that her disability was her actual reason for taking medical leave in July, 2000.
